Do you offer fresh or faux flowers?

We offer both fresh and high-quality faux florals. This allows us to create beautiful designs that fit different budgets, styles, and event needs.


What areas do you serve?

We currently cater Oʻahu events only.


Can I customize my floral design and color palette?

Yes! All designs can be customized. For color preferences and inspiration, please send us a DM so we can bring your vision to life.


Do you offer elopement and intimate wedding florals?

Absolutely. We specialize in elopements, intimate weddings, and budget-friendly floral designs.


How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking as early as possible to secure your date, especially during peak wedding seasons. Limited availability may apply.


AYA Designs & Co. currently caters to Oʻahu events only. We do not offer inter-island or mainland services at this time.

Booking & Payment

• A non-refundable retainer is required to secure your event date.
• The remaining balance must be paid in full before the event date (timeline will be provided upon booking).
• Dates are not reserved without a confirmed payment.

Customization & Design

• All floral designs are custom-made based on your selected package and inspiration.
• For color preferences and design details, clients must send us a DM prior to finalizing designs.
• Exact flower varieties cannot be guaranteed due to seasonal availability, but the overall color palette and style will be honored.

Fresh Flower Disclaimer

• Fresh flowers are subject to seasonal availability and natural variations in color, size, and bloom.
• Substitutions may be made when necessary to maintain quality and design integrity.

Florals, Vases Rentals Policies

  • All faux flowers, vases, and bouquets remain the property of Aya Designs & Co.

  • A refundable security deposit is required for all rentals.

  • The renter is responsible for items from pickup/delivery until return.

  • Items must be returned on time and in the same condition received.

  • Damage includes broken vases, crushed florals, stains, missing pieces.

  • Lost or damaged items will be charged at full replacement cost and may exceed the deposit.

  • No cutting, gluing, painting, altering, or removing flowers.

  • Late returns, damage, loss, or excessive cleaning may result in fees deducted from the deposit.

  • Security deposits are refunded within 3 days after inspection.

Setup & Breakdown

• Setup and breakdown services are included only if stated in your package.
• Access to the venue must be provided at the agreed-upon time. Delays may affect setup.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

• All retainers are non-refundable.
• If you need to reschedule, please notify us as soon as possible. Rescheduling is subject to availability and approval.
• Cancellations within a short timeframe of the event may forfeit any payments made.

Client Responsibilities

• Clients are responsible for providing accurate event details, including date, time, location, and access instructions.
• Any last-minute changes may not be accommodated.

Weather & Outdoor Events

• For outdoor events, AYA Designs & Co. is not responsible for damages caused by weather, wind, heat, or unforeseen conditions.

Photography & Marketing

• AYA Designs & Co. reserves the right to photograph completed work and use images for marketing, social media, and portfolio purposes unless otherwise requested in writing.

Acceptance of Terms

By booking with AYA Designs & Co., the client agrees to all terms and policies stated above.
